Admins have full control over when tickets are deleted from the system.
By default, tickets are automatically deleted when an order is:
- Cancelled
- Failed
However, the admin can customize this behavior at any time. Using the settings panel, the admin may enable or disable ticket deletion for specific order statuses based on their business rules.
