This feature allows you to control which giveaways customers can use their “Free Tickets” on. You can either allow tickets to be used for any giveaway or restrict them to specific campaigns.

Step 1: Enable Specific Allocation

1. Navigate to Giveaway Settings in your admin panel.
2. Click on the Tickets Settings tab.
3. Locate and enable the option: “Enable Free Ticket Allocation to Specific Giveaway”.

Step 2: Assign Tickets to a Giveaway

Once the specific allocation feature is enabled:

1. Go to the list of your active giveaways.
2. Edit the specific giveaway product or campaign you want to assign the free tickets to.
3. Enable “Accept Free Ticket” under Giveaway Settings.
