Customers can easily view and use their accumulated free tickets directly from their account dashboard to enter exciting giveaways.

Step 1: Viewing Free Tickets

1. The customer logs in and navigates to their ‘My Account’ page.
2. They click on the ‘Free Tickets’ tab or section.
3. This will display a comprehensive overview of all their available free tickets, as shown in the example image below. Here, they can see how much tickets they have available to claim.

Step 2: Claiming Tickets for a Giveaway

1. From the ‘Free Tickets’ page, the customer clicks the ‘Claim Tickets’ button.
2. This action opens a pop-up modal window.
3. Inside the modal, the customer can:
   • Select a Giveaway: Choose from a list of active giveaway products or campaigns.
   • Allocate Tickets: Decide how many of their available tickets they wish to apply to their chosen giveaway.
