How to Get Free Tickets

You can award free tickets to your customers as part of your reward rules. This system provides flexibility in how tickets are distributed and managed.

Setting Up Ticket Rewards

  1. Navigate to the Reward Rules settings in your admin panel.
  2. When creating or editing a reward rule, you will find an option to allocate Free Tickets as part of the reward.
  3. Specify the number of free tickets to be awarded when the customer completes the required action (e.g., making a purchase).

Ticket Distribution & Management

You can configure how these tickets are delivered and managed through two primary methods:

1. Instant Apply

  • Tickets are automatically and immediately entered into an ongoing or next available giveaway or draw upon being earned by the customer. The customer receives a notification that their tickets have been entered.

2. Store in ‘My Account’

Validity Period: For stored tickets, you can set a validity date or an expiration period. This creates urgency and ensures tickets are used within a specific timeframe for a relevant promotion.

Tickets are credited to the customer’s account, where they can be viewed in a dedicated section on their ‘My Account’ page on “Free entries/ tickets” this sections.
