You can award free tickets to your customers as part of your reward rules. This system provides flexibility in how tickets are distributed and managed.
Setting Up Ticket Rewards
- Navigate to the Reward Rules settings in your admin panel.
- When creating or editing a reward rule, you will find an option to allocate Free Tickets as part of the reward.
- Specify the number of free tickets to be awarded when the customer completes the required action (e.g., making a purchase).

Ticket Distribution & Management
You can configure how these tickets are delivered and managed through two primary methods:
1. Instant Apply
- Tickets are automatically and immediately entered into an ongoing or next available giveaway or draw upon being earned by the customer. The customer receives a notification that their tickets have been entered.
2. Store in ‘My Account’
Validity Period: For stored tickets, you can set a validity date or an expiration period. This creates urgency and ensures tickets are used within a specific timeframe for a relevant promotion.
Tickets are credited to the customer’s account, where they can be viewed in a dedicated section on their ‘My Account’ page on “Free entries/ tickets” this sections.
