In the Lucky Wheel admin panel, administrators can enable Custom Fields from the settings. Once enabled, additional configuration options appear, allowing admins to define fields such as Field Name (e.g., company_name), Field Label (e.g., Company Name), Field Type (Text, Email, Phone, Number, Dropdown, or Textarea), Placeholder, and Required status.

After saving the settings, the configured custom fields will automatically appear on the Lucky Wheel form on the frontend.
