Easily track the performance of your giveaway and export participant data for further analysis. The reporting feature provides a comprehensive overview of all spin activity.
Accessing the Report
- Navigate to your Lucky Wheel plugin in the WordPress admin panel.
- Click on “Giveaway Settings.”
- Select the “Report” tab. Upon opening, the system will automatically display the latest entries.
Viewing and Managing Report Data
- Automated Data Load: The report table automatically loads and displays the most recent 20 entries for a quick overview.
- Advanced Filtering: Narrow down the data to find exactly what you need.
- Filter by Participant Type (e.g., all participants, only winners, or those who won a specific prize type like “Discount Coupon” or “Reward Points”).
- Search Functionality: Instantly find specific entries by searching using a participant’s:
- Name
- Email Address
Exporting the Data
To download the complete report or your filtered results:
Click the “Download CSV” button.
Use the filters and search to display the specific data you wish to export (optional).
