This is the core section where you design the prizes on your Lucky Wheel. The fundamental rule is that the total probability of all slices must equal 100%. You can add multiple slices and configure five distinct prize types to create an engaging and balanced game for your customers.

🎯 Slice Types & Configuration

You can add and configure the following five types of slices to your wheel:

1. New Coupon (Free)

• Create and issue a brand new, unique discount coupon directly from the wheel.
• Setup includes a full coupon management system: Configure the discount value (percentage or fixed cart discount), usage limits, expiration date, minimum spend requirement, product, category and other standard WooCommerce coupon settings.

2. Existing Coupon (Free)

• Award a pre-existing coupon that you have already created in your WooCommerce store.
• Simply select the desired coupon code from a dropdown list to attach it to the wheel slice.

3. Reward Points (Pro Feature)

• Incentivize loyalty by granting a specific number of reward points to the user’s account.
• This feature requires the Pro version and integrates seamlessly with your loyalty program.

4. Tickets (Pro Feature)

• Add an extra layer of excitement by awarding entries into a separate draw or contest.
• For each slice, you can define a custom “Winning Description” (e.g., “You’ve won 5 Raffle Tickets for the Grand Prize!”).
• This feature requires the Pro version.

5. None (Free)

• Create a “no win” segment to manage the game’s profitability and maintain excitement.
• You can fully customize the message displayed to the user, such as “Best of Luck Next Time!” or “So Close! Give It Another Shot Soon.”

⚙️ Setup Workflow & Rules

Probability Management: The system will automatically guide you to ensure the combined probability of all slices adds up to 100%. You cannot save the configuration until this condition is met.

Adding Slices: Click the “Add Slice” button to insert a new segment onto your wheel. You can add multiple slices of the same type.
