When a giveaway product uses the Ticket Picker system, a ticket release time is required.

When a customer selects a ticket number, that ticket is temporarily held. If the customer does not complete the purchase, the ticket number will be automatically released after a certain time.

• The default ticket release time is 30 minutes.
• The admin can change this release time from the settings as needed.

This ensures that unavailable tickets are returned to the pool if a purchase is not completed.
